SlotFlow
A booking system for barbershops and salons in Cambodia
SlotFlow gives a shop its own booking website in Khmer and English, and one schedule its staff can run from a phone. It runs in the browser — there is nothing to install.

What it is
SlotFlow is two things in one: a booking website your customers use on their own phone, and a control panel where the shop runs the day. Both are online. Customers install nothing, and the shop buys no hardware — the team uses the phones it already has.
Who it is for
Barbershops, salons and day-spas in Cambodia. It suits a shop with a team, where different people do different services, and where bookings arrive from several places at once: the website, the phone, Messenger, and people who walk in.
What it does
- Khmer and English booking websiteCustomers book on any phone, in their own language. No app to install.
- One scheduleOnline bookings arrive by themselves. Staff add phone, Messenger and walk-in bookings in a few taps.
- Right person, right jobIt only offers staff who can do the service, at times that are really free.
- Drag to move a bookingMove a booking by dragging it. Green means it fits; red means it does not, and says why.
- Approvals on TelegramA new online booking arrives on the owner's phone. One tap to approve or reject it.
- Owner reportsBookings, staff and booked value, as a PDF or Excel file.
Where SlotFlow came from
SlotFlow started as the booking system for Tokyo Barber Shop, a barber and day-spa in BKK1, Phnom Penh. It has been running there since August 2026 and has taken more than 1,500 real bookings. That shop's booking page, its control panel and its iOS app all came out of the same work.
